Hardware

We own high-performance technical equipment, such as measurement boards and sensors for more than 100 channels.

For modal analysis, all measuring channels must be simultaneously scanned. Due to our miniature-sized acceleration sensors and measuring instruments, we can set up over one hundred measuring channels at the (same) sampling rate of up to 100 kHz.

Software

Our software enables on the one hand the channel definition, including the generation of online pre-warning and limit values from the row signals, and on the other hand the setting-up of virtual channels in order to generate characteristic value functions (e.g., a high-pass filtered envelope).
By means of ensemble averaging, it can be averaged shaft-synchronously, for instance (order analysis).
